Current members receive their renewal forms around December 1. New membership applications may be requested after January 1. Any requests before that date will be ignored. New applications will not be distributed until January 1st, and are offered on a first come, first serve basis. There are 500 paid memberships available, and open enrollment fills up very fast. New membership is determined by postal date received and when the full 500 member limit is reached all further requests for applications will be returned. Please include your full name and postal address when requesting a membership application.
Active Duty Military may still apply with a copy of active duty status.
Membership renewal and applications for new memberships came in this year at a record pace. This is the good news. The bad news is that it appears we have nearly 100 applications for new members that cannot be accepted.
If your application was accepted, during the first week of February you will receive a gate card that will also serve as your membership card. Former members who renewed will continue to use their current gate cards.
The gate cards of former members who did NOT renew will be de-activated on January 31, 2010.
