As of Jan. 5, 2012, to contact us use the eMail address under the "To Contact Us" tab to the left of screen. Website "Form Submission" option offered previously has proven unreliable and has now been eliminated. Apologies to anyone whose questions went into this black hole in the past! eMail IS monitored and responded to daily 99% of the time.
